HomeEquity Bank’s new Whistleblower Program ensures that we are complying with legal and regulatory requirements to maintain the trust and confidence of our customers, partners, employees and other stakeholders, and to deter misconduct and reprisal, and if a wrongdoing occurs, to provide means for early detection and action in a safe environment.
As a partner, you play a critical role by “Speaking Up” if you believe there is any wrongdoing.
Acting with CARE
HomeEquity Bank has established a third-party Whistleblower hotline program, called CARE (Confidential*Anonymous*Reporting for Employees), operated by Grant Thornton LLP. The program provides a protected reporting channel offering anonymity and confidentiality. The program can be accessed by everyone including partners:

HomeEquity Bank does not tolerate any form of retaliation or reprisal against partners who speak up in the reasonable belief that a wrongdoing has occurred and will investigate any reports of retaliation in the same way as a report of wrongdoing.
